Event Organiser

Plan, coordinate, and deliver the weekly clubs, workshops, and special events that bring the 2ndLife community together in Asuncion.

Commitment: Part-time or contract engagement based in Asuncion, including some evenings and weekends.

What you will do

  • Own the event calendar from initial concept through delivery and follow-up.
  • Coordinate hosts, suppliers, venues, equipment, timings, and participant communication.
  • Create practical run sheets, confirm safety and access requirements, and solve issues on the day.
  • Track attendance and feedback to improve recurring clubs and future experiences.

What we are looking for

  • Practical experience coordinating events, hospitality, community programs, or productions.
  • Strong written and spoken communication; Spanish is important and English is valuable.
  • Reliable organisation, calm problem-solving, and confidence working with different people.
  • Good local knowledge of Asuncion and an interest in building an active community.

Community Workshop Host / Specialist

  • Spanish or English facilitation ability; bilingual sessions are especially welcome.

Digital Marketer

Asuncion, Paraguay Part Time / Contractor

Help 2ndLife grow awareness, applications, and member demand through practical digital campaigns, content, and local-market messaging in Asuncion.

Commitment: Part-time or contract engagement in Asuncion with flexibility around campaign cycles and event launches.

What you will do

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across search, social, email, and content channels.
  • Create or coordinate landing-page copy, campaign assets, and audience messaging for memberships, events, and partnerships.
  • Track leads, conversions, and campaign performance, then improve what is working with clear reporting.
  • Work with the team to turn community activity, events, and member stories into useful marketing content.

What we are looking for

  • Hands-on experience with digital marketing, campaign management, or growth work for a local business, hospitality brand, or community project.
  • Strong copy judgment, channel prioritisation, and an ability to turn ideas into shipped campaigns.
  • Comfort working with analytics, lead funnels, and practical performance metrics rather than vanity numbers.
  • Spanish is important and English is valuable, especially for serving local and international audiences.
