4.2 User Contributions

By contributing to projects on the platform, you grant specific rights as outlined in your project contribution agreement. Generally, you retain ownership of your original contributions while granting necessary licenses for the platform to operate and for your team to commercialize the product.

4.3 Project Ownership

Ownership of projects developed on the platform is determined by the specific contribution agreement established for each project. This may include joint ownership, profit-sharing arrangements, or other structures as agreed upon by team members.

5. Revenue Distribution

For products that generate revenue:

  • Revenue will be distributed according to the contribution agreement established for the specific project
  • 2ndLife retains a platform fee (typically 10-20% of net revenue) for providing infrastructure, payment processing, and customer support
  • Payments will be processed according to our payment schedule and terms

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or user accounts
  • Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the platform
  • Use the platform to develop or distribute malicious software or scams
  • Misrepresent your identity or qualifications
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users

7. Disclaimers

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 2ndLife shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the platform.

9. Dispute Resolution
